We are dark chocolate makers who aim to make delicious chocolate that brings customers happiness and satisfaction that they are consciously consuming a chocolate that does business the right way.

 

Our Actions

  1. We have direct relationships with farmers at the origins.
  2. We pay farmers a premium price to enhance their income and sustainability.
  3. We exclusively use "Fine Flavor beans" which will create differentiated chocolates without artificial flavors or additives.
  4. Our Origin Chocolates are pure with natural ingredients limited to cacao and a little cane sugar.
  5. We donate to the communities where we operate.
  6. We make our chocolate using artisanal methods developed from our experience.

     

    We believe people want: 

      1. Pure natural ingredients, that are as healthy as possible.
      2. To know the Origin of the ingredients with traceable steps throughout.
      3. The producer to operate with Ethical Trade practices from sourcing to shipping.
      4. Luxury chocolate that should be a happy and memorable experience. Enjoyment doesn't have to be a trade off for the conscious consumer.

         

        The level of Chocolate sophistication is increasing:

          1. 10-20 years ago people began to appreciate dark vs. milk chocolate.
          2. 10 years ago people began to understand the different percentages of cocoa can play a role in the benefits dark chocolate.
          3. People are learning that ethical practices in producing most chocolate are substandard, including poverty level wages and child labor.
          4. Today we are only beginning to learn that the Origin of the beans really matters in the role of ethical trading as well as exploring naturally occurring flavors in pure dark chocolate.

            Our goal is to deliver what consumers want and to deliver what consumers are learning to want. And to create products that make people Happy!
